At Solar Apparel, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Returns Accepted

We do not accept returns under any circumstances. All sales are final. Please ensure your order is correct before completing your purchase.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives out of the box damaged, you may be eligible for compensation in the form of 10% store credit, issued via a Solar Apparel gift card.

To qualify:

• The damage must be clearly visible and occurred before use.

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the item in its original packaging

  • A clear description of the damage

We reserve the right to deny credit if we determine the item was not damaged upon arrival.
